Embroidery Decoration Types

With the latest personalization trend, monogramming has resurfaced as a popular decoration for gifts of all types.  We offer many standard monogram types and we can also customize a monogram using any font of your choice.

Standard/Flat Embroidery

Jubilant Cargo will choose the best stitch type for your design.  We offer all of the standard stitches like the satin stitch, steil, run stitch and complex fill.  In addition, we can do more decorative stitches like carving subtle designs into the background fill of a design.

3D Embroidery

Also called puff embroidery, 3D embroidery adds extra volume and dimension to parts of the embroidery design.  This works best in the larger portions of the design.  Small elements cannot be accomplished with 3D embroidery.

Embroidered Patches

Many industries use patches when they are going for the particular style that patches offer.  They can also be an efficient option for a uniform program when garments need to be reused.  Choose from different background colors and borders.  Please allow at least 15 business days for patches.

Sublimated Patches

When you have very small design elements that can’t be accomplished with embroidery, sublimated patches can be a good option.  The design is printed in full color on a twill background.  The border is then sewn in the color of your choice.  Please allow at least 15 business days for patches.

Tackle Twill

Popular with baseball jerseys and sororities, letters are cut out of twill then placed and sewn on the garment.

Sublimated Tackle Twill

Full color designs can be printed on the tackle twill prior to cutting out the letters and sewing.
